Why are some Tariffs not showing in 'Change Tariff' in my online account?

I am wanting to change from my current SIM only PAYG by DD tariff to the 30 day rolling 250/250/unlimited tariff at £5 monthly.

 

This is clearly listed at    http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-mobile/pay-monthly/tariffs.html

 

When I log onto my account online and try to change to this Tariff, it isn't listed Smiley Frustrated

 

Why is it that only a selection (of higher priced!) options are showing?

 

Obviously I need to keep my current number and don't need a new SIM card or phone - just the tariff that now suits better.

The online upgrades are old and limited, it's the same for everyone.

Best advice I can give is, ring 789 from your mobile and take the "thinking of leaving us' option during office hours, this would give you the best chance to speak to UK staff and they should sort you out quickly and without any problems.
