Where to ask for a nano sim replacement for micro sim

One of my family members has an iPhone 5 that she'd like to use, but her current SIM is a Micro one, whereas the aforementioned iPhone needs a nanoSIM. Where should I begin if I want to trade in said MicroSIM for the nano?

Either call into 789 to ask to switch to a nano sim or as some people have reported successfully doing: the change over can sometimes be done in a Virgin Media store.

Also be aware that if the iphone 5 was previously used on a different network other than Virgin/EE/Orange or T-Mobile, then that phone may be locked to that network and require unlocking. My friend made the mistake of ordering a new sim his number was automatically switched to the new sim but he found it would not work in the intended phone due to the phone being locked. He then ended up with no phone at all for a week whilst waiting for an unlock code to come through.
