I have been waiting all day for a new phone ,then to make it worse, I have had 3 phone calls on the subject of the phone and I still don't have the phone, message for the switchboard personal sort it out please!

We wouldn't be able to chase up the handset via the forum I'm afraid. Have you tried contacting the team? The number you'd need is 0345 6000 789. Please give them a call when you can so you can find out what's happening with this.
Contacting the Mobile Care team would be the fastest option to get in touch however if you'd like to get in touch with our online chat team, they will certainly look into this and get that Mobile out to you.
