Where is my sim card?

I ordered a sim only contract over a week ago but have not received my sim. It should have been delivered within 5 working days.

Why does Virgin start the billing on the account from the day I order, knowing full well that I wont be able to use the service until my sim arrives?

you need to give customer services a call: 0345 6000 789 (standard call rate).

I had same problem i had to buy a pay as you go sim cos it didnt turn up . Give customer services a call assuming you can do it with the sim you have already.
