Where is my SIM card

Hi, 

I have ordered the Virgin SIM only card 8 days ago, but haven't received the card yet. Can any staff to check if the SIM card been delivered or not.

I'm guessing you used second class post option.  Just to let you know the sim card I ordered using second class turned up over a week and a half over their 5 days quoted.  (I actually called up support and got them to send a replacement out with Yodel after it was overdue).

This sounds familiar. I waited 10 days after signing up and they sent out another one by Yodel, which took two days.
