Basically, I pay the bill for a family member and don't really pay much attention other than paying the bill.
Had the phone a while now (probably 3+ years) so I assume I've missed the chance to upgrade it at some point.
Where can I find out when I can upgrade next?
I presume that the account is registered in your name then?
In which case log in to your account click on the "Plan and device" tab and you will see.
Or call 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to speak to one of the team.
