When will I be able to add a second number to my account?

Before the system "upgrades" I had both my son and daughters numbers under one account, I now only have my sons and I am unable to add my daughter's as it says I can only add Pay as you go numbers. 

 

This has been going on for a while now, and creating a new account under another email address is NOT a reasonable solution. 

 

Can you give an update as to when this will be sorted, it's really quite irritating.

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

I'm afraid I don't have a date on when you can add Pay Monthly numbers to your account. This will be coming in the future.


In the meantime, registering an account with a different email address will allow you to keep on top of your allowances and bills.

I'd rather not have to create a second account under a different email address to be honest, is there any rough idea of when the availabilty to add the second number will be there? How will this be communicated once it's available?

is this ever going to be fixed ? it seems to be dragging on a bit. How about giving us a definitive answer, is it going to be fixed Yes or No ?

My apologies for not being able to add a number to your account.

 

We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services. The only number you can currently add would be a Pay as you Go number.

 

I've linked you here to our account help page. This has all the relevant information regarding what you are able to add and not add when setting up an online account with us.

still not a reply to my question, VM's upgrade messed the accounts up, is it ever going to be fixed so that I (and many others ) can see all of my virgin accounts on my account page . It is no good having them split over numerous email accounts - I want hem on ONE page

Thanks for getting back to meSmiley Happy appreciate you'd like to view you numbers all in one place.

 

As I mentioned previously this is not currently possible as only pay as you go numbers can be added to your account in addition to your number. This may change in future but there isn't any more information available on this at the moment.

I can see there is nothing you can do, but is it possible to explain why it is not possible ? was the upgrade a big mistake?

Also can you confirm that this is something that is being worked on to find a solution or are my other monthly accounts just gone (I do not want to set up another email for another account to get at them )
