I've been trying to purchase a new mobile for my mother for nearly a week now, and I really don't have a clue what's going on with my order.
The last email I received from Virgin Mobile had my order details and a delivery date of today. It also said:
"Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order."
That was nearly two days ago and I haven't heard a thing from anyone. I don't know if my order has gone through and I should be waiting in for a delivery or if I'm waiting for someone to contact me before order is "processed".
Some help from someone in the know would be much appreciated!
