When i dial 789, I get the message "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK" When i go to register on line, I get "ALREADY REGISTERED". How d i resolve this dilemma?
a little more information regarding your SIM might help.
I.e. is it pay monthly or pay as you go? An old SIM or a new SIM?
My initial thought is that it may be an old SIM which has been deactivated (i.e. no chargeable action made within the last 90 days).
Are you able to use another phone to call customer services on 0345 6000 789.
