I am wondering when I can upgrade my phone to a new one as I says I due an upgrade if I check my account on the handset but not if I look at my bill online, Any help would be great.
call and speak to customer services (free on 789 from a Virgin mobile) and ask for the Upgrades team.
I believe they are available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sunday Closed.
