When I send text messages it shows my old number (virgin sim card number), and people don't recognise me, could you please fix this for me? Thank you.

How long have you been a customer for?
Did you use a PAC code to keep your old number?

I would definitely recommend calling our team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. They'll be able to investigate things further.
