What is happening with the V. Mobile revamp, been trying to activate our new SIM cards ?

Text activate not working, telephone activation not working and the web activate page still down, how long is the weekend at Virgin ? Thought everything sorted after the "weekend"

How do I get my new SIM card working?

 

You'll need to activate it online by registering or logging into your account at virginmobile.co.uk/youraccount and select Plan and Device. If you've asked us to activate it for you, your current will stop working when we send your one.
