What does it take to get a phone that doesn't develop a fault?
I'm seriously angry right now. I posted on here some time ago about a Sony M4 Aqua that overheated and became distorted in shape. After some considerable time I received a replacement, but that very replacement has also become twisted and distorted in shape. This phone has been in a protective case since it arrived here, and has not been subjected to any adverse stress - never been put in tight pockets etc. I am now resolved to take this further legally, considering that the phone is now no longer fit for purpose and I respectfully request a replacement. However, I will not accept the same phone - I await your appropriate offers of alternatives.

If there’s one thing that has always troubled Smartphone users, then it’s the overheating issue. Even the most premium to the cheapest budget devices out there, each one has the overheating problem, and Xperia M4 Aqua is no different.
