What Part of the English Language does Virginmobile NOT UNDERSTAND?

End of contract = I as a customer phone Virginmedia and state I wish to terminate the contract on one of my mobiles, should be simple.

Well, since I phoned them and stated I no longer wanted the contract to carry on, and I am giving them the 30 day notification period - I now get bombarded with calls to take out a new contract!

It is nothing to get 4-5 calls from you a day, I don't bother answering them now since I put the number on block.

I have more account's ending soon... The word ENDING is correct, because I have had enough of, not just Virginmobile, but Virginmedia as well.
