What Customer Service.?

I have two Virgin Mobile phones and Services on my account.

I have been trying to get through to cancel the service on one of those phones...

I've tried but never have enough time to hang around in the phone queue so have also tried Chat Online.

For the last 9 days i have been trying this feature whenever im on the computer. Morning, afternoon and evening.

Never got connected once.! Not one single time.!

Now the service i wanted to cancel has refreshed for another month.

Virgin..

Just switch off the Chat Online option. Its so useless that i now believe you only have one person in customer "don't" care doing it. !

Worst thing i've done in years is taking out a Virgin Mobile contract.

Im quite happy to put off everyone i know and have them do the same with everyone they know.

I used to think O2 was bad but at least i got through to them in minutes.

I wonder if i will get to speak to someone if i cancel my direct debit..?
