What 3rd party company are used for phone repairs?
I recently had to send my mobile phone in for repair and apparently it was out of warranty due to the physical damage of two pins in the charging port being slightly bent. I am honestly disgusted by this as it affects the phone in no ways and barely even constitutes damage. I've opened a complaint about it, but I'd also like to complain about the 3rd party company directly, but I can't find any info on them. Apparently they're based in Birmingham (I'm in the UK) and might be called UCL.

I would love to know and challenge them as well. I just had a similar experience where they sent a picture of a cracked screen bad enough to make me laugh (not my screen). Go the feeling they might have targets to reach by the end of the financial year and are not looking properly in the damage.
The Virgin attitude of Take it or Leave it also rubbed me up the wrong way!
