Was my purchase fully completed?

Hello, earlier today I contacted the telesales at Virgin Media in order to purchase a new £8 per month tariff as I was not able to do this online due to some errors. I gave all my details and went through the order proceudre and was told that the SIM would arrive in 2-5 days however I was not sure if the order was finalized, and before I could ask, I was transferred to someone else who I could talk to about some promotional offers, I was given some information on the promotional offers and the worker then ended the call. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out if my order has been placed or not. I was not asked for an email or existing phone number so I have no way of being notified if my order has gone through or not.
