I recently ordered a contract mobile phone on Sunday, it came today but I am not happy with the model. It also appears the box may have been tampered with but cannot confirm.
The invoice states to visit virginmobile.co.uk to find out information on returns, but I cannot find this information anywhere! What's up with that?
Can someone please advise as I would like to get this sent back ASAP and a new model dispatched.

give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 0345 6000 789 to arrange your return.
You have 14 days in which to do so (but obviously I would suggest, the sooner the better and an agent will also be able to advise on your desire to order an alternative).

For whatever reason you wish to return a new contract phone, as AlexKid has mentioned, the sooner the better. I would like to know if this was bought in store or while over the phone/Web?
