I'm having some troubles when trying to activate my voicemail. I have recently started my Pay monthly sim only contract.
I followed the guide and dialled 222 but the voice says that my call can't be connected at this time and my voicemail is still not active. Does anyone know how to solve this?
Also, once the voicemail is set up, will it use my minute allowance when picking up the messages?

voicemail is free for Pay Monthly customers.
It might be worth giving Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free on 789 from your mobile) and ask them to reset your voicemail.

I wouldn't mind knowing how you get on too. I'm having the same problem, but a support call hasn't fixed it yet.
