Voicemail

Just transferred to Virgin. I can't get voicemail to activate. I have done 222 and it tells me to change the passcode which I've done. Tried turning the iPhone 5s off and on again but no joy. Please help

Sorry to hear that you're unable to access voicemail on your phone. We can get this fixed for you.

 

This may be an issue that needs a refresh on our system due to the porting. Please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we can push this through  for you.
