Voicemail not kicking in - 07958 ****** iPhone 5 (new account approx. 2 weeks since PAC from O2

Hello,

My voicemail does not automatically kick in on my phone after a certain of rings, do I need to configure something on my phone that was formerly contracted with O2.

 

Seen other posts so assume this might be a simple one .....??

have you set up your voicemail?
