Voicemail issue

I keep getting the error message Failed to read data and unexpected response form network when trying to change settings on my email... phone can leave emails.. Spent 30 minutes onto 789 who do seem to now why!!! HELP

You mean voicemail when you mention "emails", don't you?

yes voicemail.. it appears like it isn't set up on virgin end

Ask them to reset it for you - you may only be able to test or set it up again 24 hours later though.

At first, couple of standard resets didn't help with my related problem (which continued over 2 days), so the 3rd time they forwarded me to the dedicated 'Technical team', who sorted it out for me in 20 mins. Specifically ask for this - i.e the Technical team.
