Voicemail frustration

Can't set up Voicemail; 222 does not get any answer. Peeep, peep, peep then off.

Pressing 1 or my Voicemail button also gets same response.

Hi Rosie2016,

dialing 222 should work so obviously there is a problem here.

I think the best thing that you can do is call the Virgin customer services on 789 from your Virgin mobile, explain that you're trying to set up voicemail but having a problem and they should be able to activate it for you.

Thanks, Alex. That wasn't a number in any of my initial paperwork. I am now on the phone to an actual person trying to be very helpful to me.
