Voicemail app

There is a voicemail app on my phone that is preinstalled. It keeps telling me I have to accept the terms and conditions or they will be accepted for me after the third denial. I don't need a voicemail app and am not sure why it is uninstallable.Everyone knows to get voicemail you just press and hold the 1 key. I have contacted customer service and done their resets to no avail. I don't want to completely remove my voicemail but I don't need this app. Help!!

Re: Voicemail app

What sort of phone is it? What's the voicemail app called? Have you tried removing the app?

Re: Voicemail app

Yes, I indicated that it was uninstallable in my help request. The phone is an HTC Desire 510. The app just says Voicemail version T.5.3.4.42

Re: Voicemail app

I doubt you'll be able to delete the app, but you should be able to disable it OK.
