Voicemail activate please.

I've called VM 3 times now. Everyone they say problem is resolved. It's still not. 

The voicemail needs activated on one of my numbers, please can this be arranged staff members? 

 

I've spoken to cs / and tech. It's still not fixed. Phone just rings out.... 

 

Help. I need a working mailbox

Maybe we could swop phones, I cannot turn my voicemail off and phone only rings 4 times then goes to voicemail before I can answer it!! Customer service at Virgin Mobile is worse than useless and they have totally ignored my posts on here so good luck getting your problem sorted.

Still awaiting a response to the form, what's expected timescale please staff?
Weeks now, no voicemail active on phone.

5 days since I was told form was processed by the online team looking into this.
I've still had no contact, and now a good few weeks with no voicemail facility.
How difficult can it be for a company the size of virgin to fix / activate a voicemail? Cmon

Hi. I had to escalate to the online team, via Twitter.
Phoning seemed useless, they always said they'd fixed it but never did.
