Maybe we could swop phones, I cannot turn my voicemail off and phone only rings 4 times then goes to voicemail before I can answer it!! Customer service at Virgin Mobile is worse than useless and they have totally ignored my posts on here so good luck getting your problem sorted.
5 days since I was told form was processed by the online team looking into this. I've still had no contact, and now a good few weeks with no voicemail facility. How difficult can it be for a company the size of virgin to fix / activate a voicemail? Cmon
