Voicemail HELP!

Hi,

I have been on hold for 40 mins and I have been trying to speak to a online chat person for 2 days. ( I have a new born, I cant hang about on hold forever.)

Basically I am TRYING to set up my voicemail.

I have called 222, I have pressed 1 and I have followed all the instructions.

I have turned my voicemail on in the "Manage my services"

But still no luck!! Help please!!!

I'm sorry to hear you've had some issues setting up the Voicemail service.

As you've already followed the setup process via '222', we may just need to reset a couple of things at this end to get things sorted for you.

May I just ask, have you ported your number over to us?

Could you let me know if you still require some assistance with this and we'll get on the case for you.

When you say ported my number what do you mean?
My contract and phone number are from virgin.
I still require assistance desperately!!
