I cant find an App at the moment but they do all seem to want the provider to give some sort of support.
If this is the only issue I have after being with Orange/EE for 16 years and not valued by a company about to be run by BT then I'm happy, everything else is working well and as expected with excellent support clear statements and a simple app that I love, I will just have to get used to using the old answer phone and keep my fingers crossed that the powers that be @ Virgin HQ introduce Visual Voicemail soon.
I'm not sure if this helps to mention here but I would be prepared to pay a small premium for this service so it may be worth Virgin asking its customers if they would pay ?
Just moved to VM after being with O2 for 15 yrs, thinking it will be good to keep a single bill for BB + TV + Mobile. I have to say: One of the biggest mistakes I probably made in years. The sales persons shroud clearly mention about the lack of Visual Voicemail. The other third-party app doesn;t work b'cuz VM doesn't support call forwarding either. Very unhelpful customer service as well and probably the worst I've seen in my life. Canceling my contract today.
