Virgins Porting Team needs serious attention

I see this is a quite common problem with people porting a number to Virgin Mobile but I`m now at my wits end. Have been waiting 2 weeks now and still no further after ringing each day. Promised it will be sorted each time but here I am still waiting. They keep blaming the porting dept but their customer service is abysmal. Having been a customer for numerous years this is the breaking point for me. Now looking for a DECENT provider with PROPER customer service

Sadly, when they have technical problems they never seem to get sorted quickly. Take the ordering system, broken for seven months and that is about getting new customers!
