Virgin sim not working on Samsung galaxy j5

Hi, 

Today I bought an unlocked samsung galaxy J5 in a samsung store in Spain and my virgin mobile sim card is not working, I have tried calling numbers but it is saying not registered on network. It is being detected but it is coming up as ''unknown'' and is saying that it is connected to a phone number that I have never seen before. As it is dual sim I tried Spanish sim cards which work. 

I have attached two pictures of what is shown when the sim card is in my phone, I am unable to click any of the options in the first picture. I have named the sim card ''English'' as it is in my english sim card, hope someone can help as I would like to know if it will work before I leave Spain on sunday morning, so that I can take the phone back if not.

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your service while abroad. Apologies for the delay in responding to your post.

If you had roaming enabled before you went to Spain, this should have worked for you. Were you able to get this working before you left Spain?
