When I install the sim the message on the phone says (bizarrely) "No sim in Slot 1" (or 2, depending on which sim slot is used) then it says "sim removed" The phone then goes into a reboot cycle, which is only ended when I interrupt the cycle & power off the phone & remove the sim card.
It does not ask for a code.
Because the phone goes into the reboot cycle I am unable to access any functions on the phone.
I can confirm that an sims from EE, O2, Tesco Mobile work in the phone, but sims from "3" & Virgin Mobile do not.
Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.
If it doesn't work I will have to move my contract.
