Virgin now allows data tethering?

Hi,
I've noticed that I'm allowed to tether data on my iPhone 6 (sim only contract) I was under the impression that Virgin didn't support tethering? Will I be charged extra for the tethering data or will this just come out of my monthly allowance (4gb)?
Cheers

Virgin doesn't allow tethering. It's in the terms and conditions. The ability to tether is done at handset level.

"Support" isn't the correct word. Your car "supports" driving at faster than 70mph, but that doesn't mean you're allowed to do it.

Tethering another device to your handset is detectable.
