What is going on with virgin mobile?? I have been with them for many years and changed mobs regularly. This time it has take me over 4 hours to get a package sorted and 3 attempts to set up voicemail!! They never call back when they say they will and their complaints side of it is a joke. Get your act together or start losing customers
