Virgin mobile price hike

A year and a half ago I was on a £5 customer tariff and was called by cust service offering a 12 month contract instead of monthly -to keep my discounted price free of price rises . I now find the price has risen to £17 !  

 

No paper bill  so not obvious immediately

 

I received no warning , no contract , no notification of the price rise after the 12 months no doubt telesales is as cut throat as ever to get their commission .

 

under the direct debit guarantee can I get a refund ?  This is very sharp practice !

My apologies if you feel this price rise is unfair to you. I've got a feeling you maybe outside of the 12 month contract you agreed.

 

Why don't you give our mobile team a call on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 to see if there's anything we can do for you billing wise.
