Virgin mobile order reference number

Where are you supposed to enter this number in Yodel ?

I just came to ask about the Yodel tracking number.

Yodel's tracking site is my yodel.co.uk

However, the number Virgin gave me isn't a Yodel tracking number. Yodel numbers tend to begin with the letter J.

Being told my sim card would be here today and it not turning up is fine. I can wait. But then giving me a tracking number which isn't a tracking number seems a bit of a cheek.

Do you already have an account with virgin you can track the order now through your account

I think that is only for tv and broadband services

i logged into my mobile account and on the right hand side in the top corner you have a my orders tab 

i ordered a sim only yesterday and was able to track the progress of the order hope this helps

Yes I see that but can't see the option to track the delivery .  

 

This is what I see   

Status:

Completed and dispatched  
Our records show your package was delivered successfully.
Visit our help area to get the most from your new phone.
 
But it is not right as I have not received a sim card and i had this same message on wednesday evening as soon as i made the order .

Strange as when I saw the message regarding my order I then received a text to say my order was on its way did you select next day delivery
