My husband has had his phone on a 2 year contract for £5 a month..Then a few months ago he was charged £20 a month. I might add he has a basic cheap phone without any internet. He has never had a monthly bill and we only noticed when I checked our bank account at how much he was paying. We have never been able to access his account to see what is going on. Last week I phoned Virgin every day to try and sort it and each time I was fobbed off with excuses. How the hell can we sort this mess out and get his money refunded if nobody will help us? Its a disgrace!
