Virgin Media has been most unhelpful. Bought a SIM card for my iPad in Newcastle shop.
returned home only to find they had sold me the wrong card.
back to newcastle where it took nearly 1 hour to change the card.
Now find that they have set up 2 direct debit accounts so I am paying double for this.
Cant get this matter solved in the shop..
Have waited 36 min on the phone and then being cut off. I am sick and tired of Virgin media.

I'm really sorry that you're having some trouble with the sim card. Did you manage to get this all sorted in the end?

Yes the card was changed.
But Virgin Media set up 2 Direct Debits so I have been charged twice.
it has taken hours and hours to get this sorted out and I have written a proper letter of complaint . Following the advice of Offcom.
