Virgin Wifi

Have been trying to Register an account with Virgin Media but I  don't have a area ref number. Have only just signed up with Virgin mobile in the last few days. Can anyone help

Virgin Mobile accounts don't have an area reference number, that is part of the account details for Virgin Media Broadband, TV and Phone services.

To sign up for or sign in to an online account for Virgin Mobile, you need to go here https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login

If you're trying to use the Virgin Media WiFi app, there should be no need to log in. You should just need to launch the app when you're on Mobile data and it should verify itself via your SIM.

The login in the app is for Virgin Media Broadband customers.

Just to clarify, you do need to complete the setup on your phone, but that setup verifies via your SIM, not via the login boxes.

I have a mobile account which I  can log into with no problem. When I try to log in to virgin media account  it say's wrong login details.
