Virgin Wifi app - SIM not accepted.

Have recently started a SIM only contract with Virgin again - ported my number across 2 days ago.

When I try to set up the wifi app I'm just receiving sim not accepted message. Have seen this fixed a couple of times on here but never a public reply. Any help please as it's driving me mad
