I have tried to setup the Virgin wifi app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 mobile, but everytime the auto setup gives me an error: Sim card not accepted. Please check your account'
Please can someone help resolving this?

I had called the call centre regarding this issue. They sent me a new sim card. After activating the new sim card and waiting for 4-5 hours, I was able to register properly to the wifi app.
Everything got sorted within 2 days.
