Recently change from Pay as you go to a monthly direct debit,
download the Wifi App, but when I try to set up the Auto-connect
an error message show up "Your SIM card is not accepted"
my wife sign up the same day as I, but she have no issue connection the app
The WiFi app will take about 72 hours before it will work on a new pay monthly account. Sorry about the delay, this has to do with all the servers involved updating. Is this working for you now?

I just test it again, and the same error still shows up
it is about 1 week since I move to SIM only plan
