Hi there. I'm new to Virgin mobile, switched over today and all seems pretty sweet except for the Virgin wifi hotspot app! It tells me to switch off the Wifi to allow settings to be downloaded. The wheel turns around for awhile and it says "verifying" and then I keep getting an error message "Sorry. Your SIM card is not accepted please check your account"
I've tried it several different times today and in strong network areas with good 4G. It's a brand new shiny SIM from Virgin so what's the issue?

Thanks! I was just about to post this question too... my old number ported over today so hopefully the SIM error will be rectified tomorrow and i'll be able to get the WIFI app to work - will just have to hang tight a little bit longer
