Just installed Virgin TV anywhere app on Samsung Galaxy Express Android version 4.1.2. The app doesen't recognise my Virgin log in details? Says one or other is incorrect. They are not.
Anyone able to help?
Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having logging in to the app.
Just to make sure, are you able to log in to TV Anywhere via the web on a PC / Laptop here: anywhere.virginmedia.com
If so then double check your device isn't automatically turning any characters into capital letters as they are case sensitive.
Another point is to make sure you are typing the details and not auto filling them in.
Has this made any difference?

Yes I can log in to TV anywhere on every other device I use. I am watching Moto GP now on pc.
I have tried everything else you suggested and also uninstalled and re-installed the app 3 times. Bored now!

I'm sorry things still don't seem to be working on your Galaxy Express.
As it's working on other devices I'm inclined to believe the issue is with your device itself.
I'll be honest, I'm not sure what could be causing it other than auto filling the information or the auto capitalisation.
As the device is new, it may be worth speaking to the Manufacturer about this.
I wonder if any of the Community are also having this issue. I'll leave the thread open for others to comment if they have this same issue on the same device.
