It was not a rant....it was pointing out i didnt want to order a phone over the phone so why tell me to phone them. And i didnt write to get sympathy...i wrote to point out the bad service which may be of interest to some other users. Maybe wind your neck in.).........in a nice way.)
So tell me then super user how allowing a person to actually pick their delivery date then get a mail telling them theres a glitch and wait for 24 hours ..and get nothing after 24 hours ...nothing after 48 hours.....tell me how that is good customer support....then tell me how giving me a link to see all the other complaints is helping me.
I am helping by showing the bad service in the first place.

You're not going to get your phone mate. Been fhrough this myself. Its virgins way of saying NO. I called them they told me although i passed the credit check (which mine is 999 out of 1000) i was informed i only qualify for a £5 monthly sim. Which i declined. Virgin are just useless at customer service and useless at fulfilling orders. Try EE or vodafone. I passed the credit checks straight away with those., and this goes out to anyone who gets three emails and the old technical glitch excuse. Dont bother ringing up either. You get the sales team then some indian whose voice is so low. You can barely hear it,
