I forgot my password to my VM mobile phone online account.
I clicked on forgot password and it sent a text code to my VM mobile, that code did not work so I phoned VM mobile support and I spoke a agent, he sent a code to my VM mobile but when I gave him the code he said that is not recognised so he sent another code and once again he said that code was not recognised so he sent another code and I gave him that code and yet again he said that was not recognised!
He said call back after 24 hours and speak to an agent for yet another code, I think he was grasping at straws.
This is just going round in circles and getting no where!
If I go to the Virgin shop in Reading will they be able to sort my problem out?
