I would like to know if anyone else has had the same issues. I report my phone as broken to Virgin mobile 4 weeks ago, which they said they would pick up and repair. After a week i phone again to say that due to a IT issue with they system my original request was stuck. so someone in IT would need to remove it and then they would raise a new ticket. now 4 weeks late and 10 Calls, 8 hours on the phone, three Complaint raised and 6 promise of a call back in 24 hours (which have not be fulfilled), I am still waiting for my broken phone to be picked up.
