Virgin Mobile Email problem

After over 1 week I am still unable to access email on my Xperia phone. In that time I have spoken to around 5 different people at Virgin. They go through the procedure with me of re-setting up account  etc and then after passing me around tell me that there is a Virgin fault.

After "Checking incoming server settings" I get "Could not open connection to server".

When will this fault be fixed??

I'm sorry that you're still having problems with the email server. I want to get this all sorted for you.

 

This should be fixed now Smiley Happy The team resolved the problem recently. Please let me know if you're still having issues.
