I have noticed this has been a problem for a number of people , when I try to log into the virgin WiFi app I get the error message Virgin Media WiFi "Your SIM card is not accepted
Unfortunately the solution appears to have been sent to individuals as a private message, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can see an IT ticket has been raised since you have posted which will should resolve the issue shortly.

We have received an update on the IT ticket stating that no fault has been found. I'd like to take more information on this problem if you are still unable to connect to the Virgin Media WiFi app.
