Virgin Media WiFi (I am NOT a mobile customer but I have broadband at home)

Hi everyone,

I may be barking entirely up the wrong tree here but the way I read things is that because I have Virgin broadband at home (which I have shared as a wi-fi hot spot), I am entitled to have w-ifi roaming and make use of other hot spots when I am out and about. The first question is: Am I right in assuming that this is what I have???

And if that assumption is correct, I cannot get the app to register on my phone. I keep getting "U113 installation errors".

Can someone explain how I get the app ro register me / my phone properly so that I can use free wi-fi when out and about

HI PaulNN18

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting this set up, as J0hn has mentioned you'd need to set this up for it to work.

You can find additional information regarding the set up [on this page]

We'd love to hear how you get on

Craig
