Virgin Media Account App

I have just ported my old number to my Galaxy S7.  Before I ported my old number the app worked fine.  Now it is just showing an error.  Has anyone else had this problem after they have ported over their old number.  I am just wondering if the system is not recognising the ported number.  Thanks for any replies.

Hi Geofflukins,

 

I would recommend deleting the app from your phone then reinstall it.

You'll need to be on mobile data at first but once setup you'll be able to access it over WiFi.

Thanks Alex that worked a treat.  Didn't have to reinstall the app but by using Mobile Data it did it right away.  Thanks again.
