Virgin App not working

Hi,

 

Ok so i was on o2 and changed over to virgin, evcer since my number was swapped over the virgin App has nto been working as it shows my old virgin number before the number was swapped over, how do i change this so i can check my usage etc without having to go online every time

Hi Penthick86,

have you tried deleting the App from your phone then download and set it up again (you'll require a mobile data connection).

I tried this someties it comes up with my new number and sometimes its still seems to want to go onto the virgin number! i will try a restart of my phone and see if that helps as well Smiley Happy
